I'm embarrassed to say this man was at a Georgia Bulldog club event, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say he is a Florida fan who was there spying on Mark Richt. He's wearing a fanny pack, for goodness sake. We don't do that in Athens. The only thing he's missing is jorts.
